Do Myofascial Therapy and Pulsed EMF

As pain and tenderness decrease, use an edged myofascial instrument to soften scar tissue adhesions and encourage more collagen production.

You can use regular massage cream, or Penetrex as the emollient.  Be careful not to be too aggressive, as that may cause a flare up.   What you are basically doing is rehabilitating the tendons and muscles by making them more elastic and less brittle as they heal.  This will make your elbow more resistant to aggravation/ re-injury.

After doing the myofascial treatment, apply pulsed EMF to your elbow using the FlexPulse device.  Pulsed EMF utilizes lower frequency electromagnetic fields, similar to what the body generates, to “energize” weak/ damaged cells.  It does this indirectly by restoring proper membrane voltage across the membrane which improves nutrient and waste transfer, thus enhancing cell processes such as inflammation reduction and protein synthesis.  The strong electromagnetic fields around us everywhere we go (cell towers, wifi, powerlines. wireless phone, etc.) disrupt our body’s natural electromagnetic fields and  weaken cell function.  The FlexPulse restores proper membrane charge by using a lower frequency field applied closer to the body.
