Greetings!

Please Allow Me to Help You Have Less Pain, More Mobility, and More Vitality in Life…

Dan Perez, D.C.Thanks for checking out my site and opting in! I value your trust and your time, so anything you receive from me will have this in mind, first and foremost. If you find that the information is not helpful to you in any way, then you can opt out at any time with one click.

So, who am I, and what is Ask Dr. P all about?

I am a long-time advocate of self-care for musculoskeletal pain and chronic disease. I research, develop and share techniques and strategies to overcome pain, improve health and increase quality of life.

My qualifications include 27 years as a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.); certifications in exercise rehabilitation, spinal and extremity adjusting; joint and soft tissue mobilization, medical laser therapy, and nutrition. And, I’ve maintained the popular telehealth site and YouTube™ channel Ask Dr. P (formerly The Pain and Injury Doctor) for many years. While there are many specialists on the internet/social media who focus on diet and nutrition; or building muscle, my focus is helping people minimize musculoskeletal pain and improve mobility via whole-body health transformation and special self-therapy methods.  My goal is to help a million people across the world eliminate or significantly reduce pain so that they may live better, fuller lives.

My target audience are adults over the age of 40 who desire to feel less achy and tired, and more mobile and energetic so that they can maximize their quality of life.

These are everyday folks who used to be more physically active, but got caught up with demands of life and lost focus on their fitness and health. As a result, they notice aches, stiffness and perhaps pain developing in joints or muscles.

For some, their cardiovascular and muscular endurance have declined somewhat, reducing their motivation to exercise. And, they may even be experiencing early onset of a chronic, systemic condition like arthritis or diabetes.

If this describes you in any way, then my goal is to help you regain your prior self, or get much closer to it than you are now. I assure you, it is possible.

The second thing I’d like you to be aware of is the philosophy behind my work, because this is what drives all the strategies I use to help people.

“Barring any terminal illness, your body has the innate capacity to regenerate and heal itself without medications or doctor interventions. There are things you can do yourself in the areas of self-therapy, lifestyle modification and nutritional intervention to lessen pain, improve mobility, and increase your vitality all without going to the doctor.”

I’m a strong advocate of self-care for musculoskeletal pain management and healthcare in general. I believe that the best medicine for defeating disease and reclaiming health is already in you from the day you were born, but for some, it has been weakened by decades of inattention to health maintenance. Allow me to show you ways to reignite that power so that you can feel ten or more years younger, within just a couple of months.

The 30 Days to Pain-Free Challenge

As a new subscriber to Ask Dr. P, I encourage you to participate in the 30 Days to Pain-Free Challenge.  This is your opportunity to get a taste of what I offer– the approach, the style, the philosophy for reclaiming your health and vitality– your energy, strength, mobility, mental sharpness, and daily mood.

NOTE:  you do not have to be in pain in order to benefit from this, because it is designed to reset and revitalize your health i.e. the way you feel day-to-day: your mood, strength and mobility, energy levels, and if present, pain levels.  Those who do experience any type of chronic pain should see more dramatic improvement, as I expect their pain to vastly improve or disappear entirely).

If you have a bad back, a bad hip, or other chronic condition involving pain, discomfort and/or loss of mobility this challenge is designed to help you feel and move much better; hopefully at least 50% better.

Since everyone’s health status is different, the steps to the Challenge will be “specifically broad;” meaning, it will help anyone be healthier and feel much better.  So if you aren’t that bad off healthwise, you can still participate.  But, the results will be much more noticeable for those who have long-standing health challenges such as low energy, joint and muscle pain, obesity, and so on.

The tasks of the Challenge do not have to be completed in 30 consecutive days.  These are 30 individual health lessons over 30 individual days, done at your own pace.  As you can imagine, those with entrenched health issues will require more time for the strategies to take effect.  However, most people should start to notice improvement by the 30 day point.

Stay tuned for your first task in the 30 Days to Pain-Free Challenge. You’ll get a new one every 3-5 days until 30 have been sent. Then, I will send you periodic tips on how to keep it going.

In the meantime, as promised, here is your Free eBook, Concepts of Self-Healing.  It basically is a general overview of the health philosophy I advocate, when it comes to pain recovery.   While concise, the ideas contained within it can be life-changing (click the eBook to open).

Life is a gift meant to be enjoyed.
