Keep a golf ball under your desk. Take off your shoes and press down and roll the golf ball under your foot, back and forth from the heel to the ball of the foot. This exercises and stimulates circulation to the plantar fascia, the broad ligament that connects your forefoot (ball of foot) to your heel and helps form your arch. You can also try a chilled can of soda for this.
